Payment
When you order online you agree to pay the stated price for that product (and applicable shipping charges). All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include Australian GST. Your credit card payment will automatically be calculated and charged in Australian Dollars.
We accept payment through Paypal and would request that payment is made immediately on purchase. Payment can be made by Mastercard or Visa only. American Express is not accepted. Julia Denes does not store credit card details after the transaction has been completed.
If Australian buyers would prefer to pay via bank deposit, please feel free to contact us for details. Payments should be in our account within three working days of purchase when using this method.
Shipping
All Julia Denes Jewellery pieces are made in Australia and can be shipped to most countries world-wide. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please email julia@juliadenes.com.au for confirmation. Any applicable import taxes are to be paid by the purchaser at the destination. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Items are usually shipped within 2 business days subject to availability of stock; however there may be times when this may not be possible. You will receive an email advising when the item has been sent. Shipping cost is a flat rate per order irrespective of the number of pieces ordered.

Delivery is to the delivery address you nominate when placing your order. Risk and title of the goods are assigned to you upon delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please choose carefully, as unfortunately we cannot refund. However we can exchange. We do our best to provide a very detailed description of each product, but we also care about customer satisfaction. Please contact us on receipt of goods, or as otherwise discussed, if you wish to exchange. Return shipping costs are the resposibility of the customer.
All goods are checked prior to packaging and dispatch. Please contact customersupport@juliadenes.com.au Goods MUST be returned within 7 days from notification, in the new and un-used condition it was sent to you in. We do not accept damaged goods.
Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order upon arrival.
